The project exists, but decisions are fragmented across marketing, product and technology. I identify what is holding it back and organise the work that matters.
Working method
I do not begin with a predetermined package. I learn how the project works, decide what matters, build a clear plan and take responsibility for moving it forward.
Projects rarely fit a single discipline. The tools change; responsibility stays with me.
